Chamber filter press for dewatering wet sludge from chemical precipitation of rinsing water containing metal. The filter press features an electro-hydraulic plate closure and transparent sliding cover panels for user-friendly handling when emptying sludge cakes. The filter plates are fitted with monofilament polypropylene filter cloths for maximum permeability and optimal purification properties.
Piston diaphragm pump for loading the chamber filter press with wet sludge for sludge dewatering. Hydraulic piston diaphragm pumps are particularly suitable for feeding filter presses, as the press is filled with a large amount of wet sludge at low pressure at the start of the filtration process. Towards the end of filtration, a small amount of wet sludge at high pressure is filtered. The piston diaphragm pump automatically adjusts to the operating conditions in the filter press.
